True face of the Prime Minister of Guinea Mr. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré was born in 1951 in Mali. He is married. Father of 4 children including a girl. We present to our readers, the academic, professional and political M. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré who was appointed by presidential decree of 20 May 2008 as Prime Minister. My approach will be chronological. The aim is to facilitate the legibility of career provided the new Prime Minister of Guinea.
Course school and academic Mr. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré was born in 1951 in Mali. He is married. Father of 4 children including a girl. Mr. Souaré attending primary school in Mali, capital of the Administrative Region of his native village. He received a 1963 Certificate of Primary Studies (CEP). In 1966 he won the patent Study first round (PEBC) He continued his studies at graduate school in Labé and obtained his diploma Baccalaureate: Series Mathematics in 1969.
From 1970 to 1975, Mr. Souaré attending the Faculty of Mines and Geology Boké and fate with the title of Engineer of Mines in 1975.
Professional Experience and Training Post-Universitaire Mr. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré began his career in education. Since 1976, he is a professor at the Institute Agro-Zootechnique Valery Giscard D'Estaing (VGE) Faranah (Upper Guinea). It will remain there until 1979. From 1979 to 1984, Mr. Souaré is Dean of the Faculty of Mines and Geology of Boke. Anxious to complete her training and professional experience, the former dean of the School of Mines opts for further studies. In this capacity he is in 3rd Round between 1985 and 1988. It prepares and obtains in 1985, a Diploma D'Etudes Approfondies (DEA) in Geology Applied to Morocco. In 1988, he is the recipient of the Metallogeny Ph.D. at the University of Cadi Ayyad Cherifian Kingdom. But the new Prime Minister of Guinea, does not content itself with academic and professional achievements above. He takes part and contribute in various capacities, training courses, national and international seminars, symposia and other places of cultural and scientific exchange.

This course dense theoretical knowledge and personal experiences and professional fact, quite naturally, Mr. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré one of the executives that the country needs. Solicited on several occasions, he never hesitated to to serve the nation. As a result, he held several posts in the administration of Guinea.

Member of the Monitoring Committee Measures Implementation Program Reforms Economic, Financial and Administrative, Presidency of the Republic.
Between 1990 and 1994
Coordinator of the Office of Evaluation Monitoring and Control at the Presidency of the Republic. During this period, he held various responsibilities:
Chairman of the Import Oil Products;
Rapporteur of the State Commission of Liquidation ONAH-ASP;
Vice-Chairman of Technical Committee revaluation of the assets of the State Real Estate (COTER) (Presidency of the Republic);
Vice-Chairman of Technical Committee for the Resumption of ENELGUI.
From 1994 to 1996
Chef de Cabinet of the Ministry of Economic and Financial Control. At the same time, Chairman of the Economic and Financial Coordination of Government (CCEF)
From 1996 to 1997
Chef de Cabinet of the Ministry Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Budget and the Parapublic Sector Restructuring.
Between 1997 and 2002
Chef de Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Mr. Souaré assured during the same period, the functions of:
Vice-President of the Interministerial Committee for Monitoring of Oil Sector (CSSP

Between 2002 and 2005
Inspector General of Finance. Also, Chairman of the Board of OPG and Administrator GUINOMAR. This long career in government and various political spheres of the nation has led, quite logically, M. Ahmed Tidjane Souaré to higher functions.

Minister of Mines and Geology. Its passage in this vital sector of our country will be marked by the revival of mining production and implementation of several agreements with foreign partners.

Minister of State in charge of Social Development and Culture, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Mr. Souaré is therefore one of the managers who have the best served in the administration of Guinea. Is it necessary to recall that part of the government who was sacked in the wake of the events of January and February 2007. His return to public life is both a hope and a clear demonstration of the failure of government Kouyaté meet the requirements of the people of Guinea. All my hope, which I agree, I am sure, with all Guineans, it is working to reconstitute the social fabric in restoring confidence to revive the economy and consolidate democracy through free elections and transparent. For that, many of our countrymen are dreaming of a Government of National Unity which will see the Opposition and the future government, but also Guinean inside and outside work hand in hand for many people.
